At Massa we craft Pasta with purpose and every great Pasta begins with the Flour. From Mantova, Lombardy, our flours are milled by traditional techniques assuring top tier quality Italian flours. We use two types of flours, Double 00 flour and Durum Semolina flour. Compared to standard flours the difference is not just technical, is visible and delicious. Our flours do not contain any harmful additives, like most flours that are often treated with added chemicals.
